Off Season Daily/Weekly Bookings - If you cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00. Security Deposit to be mailed to manager along with your signed Rental Agreement. January-April: $1000.00 for Winter Monthly Bookings with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. May-December: $500.00 for Shorter Term Bookings with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
